In addition, she wrote the NAACP Financial Empowerment Guide for the National Endowment for Financial Education. She has provided workshops for Eden Theatrical Workshop, Business and Professional Women's Network, Mass Communications Department at the University of Denver, University of Colorado Law School, American Business Women's Association, and the National Television Academy, Heartland Chapter.

Leadership

She is on the leadership team for the Denver Coach Federation and Business and Professional Women's Network. She was a member of the Board of Directors for the Heartland Chapter of the National Television Academy Board of Governors (1991-2003). She served on a National Board of Directors when she was elected to represent this region on the National Board of Trustees for the National Television Academy (1999-2003).

She earned her B.A. in Management of Human Resources and holds a certificate in Marketing from the University of Colorado and Nonprofit Management from Metropolitan State College Denver.

Carol completed more than 200 hours in training at the Schools of Coaching: Graduate, Small Business, Corporate, Personal Development, and Marketing and Sales.
